中文介绍老君山，位于洛阳市栾川县城南3公里处，是秦岭余脉八百里伏牛山的主峰，海拔2297米。因道教鼻祖老子归隐修炼于此而闻名，自古以来一直是道教胜地。老君山古号“景室山”，取八百里伏牛山美景集于一室之意。西周时期守藏室史李耳到此归隐修炼，被道教尊为太上老君而被明太祖赐名老君山，沿袭至今。老君山集自然景观与人文景观于一体。山势雄伟，群峰叠嶂，树木茂盛，古洞幽深，亭台楼阁点缀其间，使老君山成为了一幅“旭日喷薄云雾间，夕阳辉映晚霞红”的壮丽画卷。在道教文化方面，老君山是道教圣地，被誉为道教祖庭。据史书记载，公元639年唐太宗派尉迟敬德前来朝谒，并改景室山为老君山，修建老君庙。明万历三十一年，明神宗诏谕老君山为“天下名山”，并发帑金建庙，塑造金身。清乾隆十五年皇帝巡游江南途中亲笔御书“天下名山第一”，并赐联“名山千古仰道风，流水四时鸣大吕”。老君山因一年四季风景如画而备受游客喜爱。春天，万物复苏，山花烂漫；夏天，青山绿水，蓝天白云；秋天，层林尽染，红叶如火；冬天，银装素裹，冰雕玉砌。无论何时来访，你都能在老君山找到属于你的那一份宁静和美丽。英文介绍Laojun Mountain, located 3 kilometers south of Luanchuan County, Henan Province, is the main peak of the Funiushan, which is the extension of the Qinling Range. It stands at an altitude of 2,297 meters. It has been a famous Taoist resort since ancient times due to the fact that Laozi, the founder of Taoism, retired and practiced here.Laojun Mountain was originally known as "Jingshishan", meaning that all the beautiful scenery of the Funiushan was gathered in one place. During the Western Zhou period, the Royal Archives Director Li Er, who later became known as Laozi, retired and practiced here. It was worshipped as Lao Tzu by the Taoist community and renamed Laojun Mountain by Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang of the Ming Dynasty.Laojun Mountain combines natural and cultural landscapes. The mountain is majestic with rolling peaks and deep forests. The ancient caves are secluded and the pavilions and towers are scattered in between, making Laojun Mountain a magnificent picture of "the sun rises amidst clouds and mist, and the sun sets with the evening glow".In terms of Taoist culture, Laojun Mountain is a Taoist holy land and is known as the birthplace of Taoism. According to historical records, in 639 AD, Emperor Taizong sent General Wei Chiding to pay tribute to Laojun Mountain and renamed it from Jingshishan to Laojun Mountain, building Laojun Temple. During the 31st year of the Ming Wanli reign, Emperor Wanli proclaimed Laojun Mountain as "the famous mountain in all the land" and donated money to build a temple and create a golden statue. During the 15th year of Emperor Qianlong's southern tour, he personally wrote "No.1 Famous Mountain in the World" and presented a couplet: "The famous mountain has long admired Taoism, and the water flows with bells and chimes."Laojun Mountain is loved by tourists all year round due to its picturesque scenery. In spring, everything comes back to life with blooming mountain flowers; in summer, the green mountains and clear waters are accompanied by blue sky and white clouds; in autumn, the leaves turn into a sea of fire with layers upon layers; in winter, everything is covered with snow like a silver world.
